Mrs Tessa Trotman

Founder

Tessa Tamara Latoya Trotman
Mrs. Tessa Tamara Latoya Trotman was born on 24th April 1984. She grew up in Lenister Road, Waterford, St. Michael where she still resides. She is married and is the mother of four children.
Tessa attended the Hindsbury Primary School and Grantley Adams Memorial Secondary School. She furthered her education at Quality Control Services where she gained a Diploma in Computer Studies and Erdiston Teachers’ Training College where she received a Certificate in Early Childhood Education.
From an early age Tessa saw the need to provide educational opportunities for children and young adults who were economically disadvantaged. It was out of this passion that the Care and Hope Charity was founded by Tessa in 2017.
She ensured that her work would be seen as a viable solution to helping those in need, thus secured official registration of the charity. She believes that persons should not have to experience loss of their dignity when receiving assistance from any organisation.
